By Chloe Olivia Sladden

Native and Herts SU have teamed up to bring students the virtual summer festival. It will be live streamed from 16:00 to 00:00, Saturday 5th June till Sunday 6th June.

The festival will have three interactive stages for students to enjoy and explore during the festival. There will be a wellbeing stage with activities such as yoga, meditation workshops and insightful Q and A's about mental health, a games stage packed with prizes to be won and activties, including rebel bingo, Kiki: drag showcase, slam poetry and more along with a exciting music stage.

This virtual musical stage will be headlined by a DJ set from Clean Bandit, along with a closing set from Tom Everett. Other artists performing on the music stage include Ryan Mack, Lauran Hibberd, Charlotte Jane, Only The Poets and The Hara.

One of the organisers Jennifer Pudney said the festival will be "halfway between a live event and retro game, the festival is hosted within a gather environment which lets you bump into friends and physically explore the amazing music, games and wellbeing stages."

Skoot will plant a tree for every free ticket sold (students can get their ticket here), students will also receive exclusive offers to help them celebrate the year's end in style.
