It has been announced that Ross Renton, Dean of Students of the University of Hertfordshire will be leaving in August to become Pro Vice-Chancellor (Students) at the University of Worcester. We contacted Ross about his move and he gave us this short statement.
“It has been a great privilege to support over one hundred thousand students to access university, aim high and reach their goals. I am proud of the work we, students and staff, have done together to build a vibrant, safe and inclusive community on campus. The most enjoyable part of any of my roles has always been working in partnership with students and the Students’ Union. I will miss both students and colleagues from across the institution. I will be leaving at the same time as many of you, our new graduates. I know wherever we are, whatever we do. We will always be part of UH. Wanting the University to be successful.”
All of us at Trident Media want to wish Ross all the best in his new job at the University of Worcester.
