Nearly 1,000 Hertfordshire University students celebrated their academic success on Saturday 15th December as they officially became graduates.
Over 2,500 academics, friends and family members joined the graduates to celebrate their academic achievement and enjoy the ceremonies which took place on de Havilland campus.
Sue Grant, Secretary and Registrar at the University of Hertfordshire, said:
“These ceremonies form part of the recognition that the University awards all of its students following their hard work. “We are very proud of our graduates and hope that they, along with their family and friends, enjoyed a day of well-earned celebration.”
As the University has a high employment rate, it is expected that the graduating students will move swiftly into careers and continue to make a positive contribution to society and the economy.
