Hatfield welcomes the biggest celebration of house and techno this summer with the Eastern Electrics Festival!
After selling out last year, the festival returns to the historic Hatfield House, Saturday 1st August 2015, for an energetic day of music, entertainment and memories that will last a lifetime.
With over 50 acts lined up, the festival is expecting to showcase the strongest and most varied plethora of artists it has ever seen since debuting in 2007.
Starting in the underground rave scenes of London, to becoming a fully fledged festival and being hosted at the prestigious houses of Hertfordshire – Knebworth and Hatfield – Eastern Electrics is one to watch this summer. It’s growing popularity and unique stamp on the festival season has resulted in an eighth stage being added to the bill, and the crowd capacity being extended to 12,000 people. (It may sound a lot but get your tickets soon!)
Revellers can also expect more spaces to chill out and laze in the sunshine, as well as more weird and wonderful things happening outside the music.
Now on to the all important line-up and stages. If you’re expecting the big names on the London club DJ circuit, you’re probably barking up the wrong tree. EE Festival loves to focus on the big European giants and American pioneers that bring justice to the house and techno sound.
